Jim Kibble handles the finacial operations in the Beyond Sports Network and has been able to maximize the results operating on a streamlined budget. A former federal agent for 27 years, and a US Government contractor for nine years, Jim is a security consultant to Bridgestone Americas Holding Inc., in Nashville, TN.

Jim is also a partner in a security firm, Professional Risk Management, that supplies contractors for the US Government. For several years while his son Jimmy competed in the professional ranks, Jim certified as a NFL contract advisor (2001-2005), to better assist his son. A graduate of St. Bonaventure University, Jim was instrumental in obtaining the exposure necessary for his son to be signed to a full athletic scholarship out of high school and was involved with his son at every level of play.

When time permitted, Jim also coached at the high school level and is a resident of Northern Virginia, Jim has been married for 33 years and has four grown children.
